GiftCardTopp allows users to submit eligible gift cards in exchange for a PayPal payout, based on rates displayed at the time of submission. Rates are subject to change and are confirmed prior to finalizing any submission.
By submitting a gift card, you represent and warrant that you are the lawful owner of the card and that it was acquired through legitimate means. We reserve the right to:
You may not use the Service to exchange any gift card that was obtained through fraud, phishing, theft, unauthorized use of another person's payment information, or any other illegal means. You may not attempt to circumvent our verification processes or submit false information.
Payouts are sent to the PayPal account linked to your GiftCardTopp account following successful verification. We are not responsible for payouts sent to an incorrect PayPal account due to user error in linking or confirming account details.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, GiftCardTopp is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms, suspected fraudulent activity, or at our discretion, with or without notice.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
